Through our 1:1 Coaching Programs you can develop a customized development plan tailored to your individual needs with a goal of achieving your vision of success. Our senior consultants have coached senior executives, high potentials, and professionals early in their careers in law, medicine, technology, financial services, manufacturing, and retail. We will provide expertise and feedback in a confidential, trusted environment that is designed to identify what’s important for your future, what steps are key to get there, and what tools you’ll need to have in place. In partnering with you, we are able to identify the challenges you see for yourself, assess your workplace situation and then create a custom action plan. With our guidance you will take the necessary steps to move quickly on your action plan.

Coaching is available in three signature programs:

Emerging: Strategies for Early Career Development

If you are a recent college graduate or you just started working on your first job in the past two years, this is the ideal program for your needs. We will help you look at the landscape of opportunities in your current position and explore what is your best “next move” and how to prepare for the role you want or move to another work environment. You may want assistance with career mapping, developing your personal “brand” and finding mentors and sponsors.

Group Online Sessions: $50 or five sessions for $225

Individual Online Sessions: $75 individual session, or five sessions for $350

In Person: $125 per session or five sessions for $600

Transitional: Preparing for the Next Stage in Your Career

After several years in a position, you may be ready for something new and more challenging or you may even want an entirely new career. Or, you may be one of many who want to reinvent yourself and position your prior experience for a new career. We partner with you to build your confidence, refocus energy and land that next opportunity.

Group Online Sessions: $100 or five sessions for $475

Individual Online Sessions: $125 or five sessions for $600

In Person: $150 or five sessions for $725

Transformative: Thriving As a Leader

This program is for those executives who find themselves at a turning point in their current role. It may be a new boss, a new project, or a new strategy that requires a fresh perspective to thrive. You may also find that your work is requiring you to develop new skills and transform the way you work. Major workplace changes are taking place that require a “mind shift” to be effective. New technology skills, virtual teamwork, cross-generational interactions and new demands on your organizational skills may all be part of the “new normal”. Clients who work with us in this capacity often have us conduct 360 leadership evaluations, shadow them during their work day, role play situations, help prepare them for key presentations and strategy sessions and even help them define a new image that builds their executive presence.
