Julia Arellano Sullivan is Founder & CEO of Próspero Leadership. For over 20 years she has contributed to the successful growth and development of businesses at the individual leader and organizational level. She is a Director with the Alliance of Chief Executives, an executive coach with Korn Ferry International, and Lead Facilitator with America Speaks/Global Voices. She is a workshop leader for the Boston-based Authentic Leadership Institute and Action Design.Julia earned a Bachelor of Industrial Administration degree from Kettering University and an MBA from Stanford University. In 2003, Julia was the first female recipient of the prestigious Jerry I Porras Latino Leadership award in recognition of her professional achievements and contribution to the community.

Dr. Maria Hernandez has consulted to Fortune 100, public entities, foundations and non profits for the past 17 years. A native Spanish speaker, she has also consulted in Mexico for a technology accelerator, with joint ventures in the US and Mexico, focused on call center development. A talented facilitator and strategist, Maria supports executive project teams to insure goals are aligned with strategy and managed effectively. She partners with senior leaders responsible for large scale change initiatives, professional development or diversity awareness programs to provide strategic and content expertise.A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Maria is a Danforth Fellow and holds a doctorate in community psychology and began her career in academic administration at a private liberal arts college in Northern California. After 8 years teaching and managing cultural outreach programs on campus, she transitioned to a full‐time consulting practice, MGH CONSULTING, focused on training, coaching executives, and coordinating strategic planning efforts. Within the year she was voted Outstanding Hispanic Entrepreneur by the Northern California Region of Hispanic Chambers of Commerce. Between 2008 and 2010 Maria was Managing Director of Western Region for Global Lead, LLC when they acquired her firm. In July 2010, Global Lead merged with Novations and Maria resumed her Northern California independent consulting practice.

Dr. Santalynda Marrero draws on more than 25 years experience help individuals, teams and organizations propel to the next level. She is frequently called upon for her broad range of consulting, coaching, facilitation and training skills which make her adept at helping develop individuals, teams and organizations.
Her fluency in Spanish and bi-cultural status have naturally led her to successfully facilitate and train on leadership and diversity/inclusion in Brazil, Venezuela, and Mexico.
Dr. Marrero’s projects both in the public and private sectors have included: diversity and inclusion, cross-cultural skills enhancement, team building, leadership, coaching, strategic planning and organizational change and transition.
Prior to launching SM Consulting in 1993, Dr. Marrero held several internal consulting positions, at Stanford Hospital and Medical Center, Avantek/Hewlett-Packard, Bell Laboratories, and Rutgers University where she received her doctorate in Counseling Psychology. She leverages her expertise in visual communication strategies, graphic and web design, social media integration and event based promotions.
Carole has a passion for market research to accelerate business growth. She performs comprehensive competitive analysis and then translates these insights into concrete client actions and projects. She applies her knowledge and experience in project management, asset allocation, forecasting, budgeting, ROI tracking, and benchmarking.
Her clients include MacroLabs Consulting, Silicon Valley Network Cabling, Play for Position Golf Training, Quality Security Systems, All-Stars, Wilco Communications, and IQV Construction. Ramon is a San Francisco-based drummer. For over 11 years he has performed and recorded with bands such as Dogcatcher, East of Western, and The Highway Community Worship Band. He has also performed with large ensembles such as the Santa Clara Vanguard Cadets and San Jose Wind Symphony.
